Summer Recap
Ministry at Home
Earlier this summer, we served for a week in our sending church during Vacation Bible School. Each evening, we shared a missions challenge and story with the children. Several children accepted Christ as their Savior; Praise the Lord! While in Kansas, Pastor Wayne also preached in several of our church plants, and we are thankful to see these churches grow and prosper.
Marriage Retreat
We also traveled to northern Washington, near the Canadian border, for a Marriage Retreat with Salvation Baptist Church. This retreat was specifically designed for couples married less than 10 years. Pastor Wayne taught several of the group sessions, and Lorri taught the young wives and mothers.
Summer Camp
We just completed a week of camp for Moldovian youth in the mountains of Washington State. Pastor Wayne preached from the Gospel of John and Lorri shared with the girls each night in the cabin devotion time. Many spiritual decisions were made.
Next Stop: The Carolinas
We will be back in Kansas for a few short days before heading to the East Coast for services in a new Russian church plant in South Carolina. Following that, we will make our way to North Carolina for services at Iglesia Baptista Libertad later this month. For the latest itinerary updates, click HERE.
